The Home Inspection

The home inspection is a vital part of the modern home buying process. It provides the buyer with the confidence and piece of mind that comes with having an impartial set of eyes thoroughly examine your home  from top to bottom, protecting your investment and the safety and comfort of your family.

If you are considering selling your home, an inspection will give you an edge on the market by allowing you to put your home in top condition, making it more attractive to a perspective buyer. When all surprises are eliminated, your home can close more quickly with less out of pocket expenses.

The Report

At Unique Home Inspections, we will present a presentation quality, comprehensive report complete with digital pictures so you see what the inspector sees, upon completion of the inspection. All reports for out of town buyers can be emailed or expressed overnight directly to you. Upon receipt of your report, it will be fully explained to you in detail to ensure you fully understand the results and impact of our inspection before our job is considered complete. No report is ever simply dropped off, emailed or posted to a website without full consultation to the buyer.

Cost Control

Most home inspection companies charge by the total square footage of the house, adding additional costs for such extras as swimming pools, septic tanks and crawl space entry. Our inspections are based solely upon the square footage of the home without ever adding additional costs for any additional feature of the property. To offer "Price Saver" inspections with "Upgrades" for additional  inspection services does not provide a complete picture of the condition of your home. Why invest in only a partial inspection, isn't your investment dollar worth the full value of a complete inspection?
